Todd Beattie

Todd Beattie was called upon to help bring Our Khrysty to the next level. Todd has been among the leading trainers at Penn National for years but his success has certainly reached out beyond the confines of Grantville, Pa. He has trained Breeders Cup Sprinter Fabulous Strike who has earned in excess of $1 million dollars in purses.

Born: 1963 in Antigo, Wisc., the same hometown as Hall of Fame trainer D. Wayne Lukas and New York trainer Linda Rice

Residence: Settled in central Pennsylvania and started training at Penn National Race Track

Racing Background: Grew up following family-friend D. Wayne Lukas at small-time tracks throughout the Upper Midwest before moving with family to Central Pennsylvania, where he started training at Penn National in 1982. Eventually purchased a private barn near the track in Grantville, Pa. and runs his regional operations from there

Racing Career: Has won more than 1,100 races over 25 years spent almost entirely in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is consistently one of the highest percentage winners at Penn National, following in the footsteps of Scott Lake, Tim Ritchey and John Servis, who all got their start at Penn National. Won his first stakes race with Eire One in the Sophomore Breeders' Cup at Penn National in 1995. His initial stakes winning stars include Fiesty Countess who won three times at Laurel, Delaware and the Meadowlands in 1999 and Beau's Surprise, who won six stakes from 2001-02 across the region ... Earned the first graded stakes victory in 2007 when Fabulous Strike won the G3 Aristides Stakes in June at Churchill Downs ... The 4-year-old Smart Strke colt also provided his trainer with his first grade 1 victory when he won the Vosburgh H. on Sept. 30 to earn a trip to the Breeders' Cup Sprint ... Fabulous Strike was unable to compete in the Breeders' Cup when it was discovered that he had developed a lung infection about two weeks out ... Faboulous Strike, who has made limited starts in 2008, was most recently second in the G1 Vosburgh is on target to make the 2008 edition of the Sprint.

Kimberly Graci / Ryan Beattie

This team is presently racing in Kim's name, yet the duo works together on a daily basis. They have a combined 20 years experience and bring a lot more to the table than time on the backstretch.

Kevin Walker

Kevin heads up our "Renpher South" string.

Our horses are trained at Kevin's training center located approximately 60 miles south east of Dallas, Texas.

This allows us to ship to Lone Star, Sam Houston, Retama, Lousiana and more.

Kevin has been around horses his entire life, bringing to us invaluable experience pertaining to the day to day care of our horses. He is "hands" on overseeing his operatins everyday. Kevin always remains available and is quick to help any time we need him. We appreciate his willingness to help on short notice and love the care and loyalty he brings to the table. Kevin encourages partner visits on race night as well as during training.

Lester Stickler Jr.

Most of our success can be attributed to the hard work ethics of Les Stickler Jr. Les was the first trainer we called upon when we arrived at Penn National. We hit the ground running winning our very first start together, then winning 7 of our first 12 starts! We have had success together with 2yos, claimers and Allowance caliber horses. We even won a Stake race together!

Brandon Kulp

Brandon had 6 years experience at the age of 24. His record speaks for itself. He has 65 wins in 313 starts lifetime which places him in the elite class of trainers able to maintain a 20% win clip.
